You came to the right place, the Spring House Hotel, if you are considering a breathtaking oceanfront location for your upcoming conference or event.

Our professionally experienced catering department coordinates meetings, breaks, buffets, and cocktail and dinner receptions. We have extensive lawns for outdoor activities. The hotel has 50 guest rooms and 4 rental houses. It is a wonderful getaway from the work setting.

The Spring House Hotel can accommodate a variety of functions and events, with rooms varying in sizes.

• The Victorian Parlor is our largest room for meetings, dinner or dancing. We can set the room in a classroom style with 8ft long tables, banquet style with round tables, or a horseshoe shape table.
• The Sunroom has an ocean view and is a great room for smaller meetings. This room can be set with four 60in round tables, a horseshoe table, or large conference table.
• The Overlook Patio is a large outdoor patio overlooking the ocean. This space is great for meetings and buffets.
• The Main Dining Room can also hold meetings if it is not needed for any dining.

Meeting spaces are charged a facility fee. This will cover all chairs, tables, linen, protection screens and extension cords. Any audio or visual needs are charged additional fees..
